    Gibson and Vega, as well as a few lesser known companies, made more modestly priced variants on the famous Vega Pete Seeger model.  These less costly banjos lack the famous Tu-Ba-Phone style tone ring that resides inside a Pete Seeger.  It is a 24-bracket banjo with a clean mahogany rim.  It bears an armrest, four geared peghead tuners with ivoroid buttons and one ungeared Grover nickel-plated fifth string peg.  It has one coordinator rod and a stump.
