Gibson (used, 1990) Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar

Tag No 32-4324 Used

#92380364, "Limited Colours," Amber top, in “excellent” condition, with the original Gibson hard shell case.

In 1990 Gibson advertised four limited and exciting colors for the Les Paul Standard.  First was translucent yellow (or amber) in August, translucent blue in September, translucent black in October, followed by translucent purple in November.   We know that this example was made on the 238th day of 1990, which is August 27th - hence the translucent yellow finish.

Features include:  Rosewood bound fingerboard with crown mother of pearl inlay, Kluson Deluxe Tuners with plastic tuner buttons, bound 2-piece maple carved top, two metal cover humbucker pickups, 6 saddle bridge and bar tailpiece, with nickel hardware.  The guitar is all original with no replaced parts and comes with the “Gibson” orange colored tan case with the pink interior.   This guitar is in “excellent” condition” showing minor dings on the top, back, sides and headstock.  The back also shows minor signs of belt buckle.

With only 200 made of each color, this amber topped guitar is striking and hard to come by.

Our Price is $2,475.00.
