Martin (used, 1952) 0-18T Tenor Guitar

Tag No 32-4419 Used

#124722, in “very good plus” condition, with newer hard shell case.

The C F Martin 0-18T is one of the most popular and fine sounding acoustic flattop tenors known.  They are especially well known to Kingston Trio fans since Nick Reynolds used one in that group.  This Concert Size tenor guitar has a Sitka spruce top and mahogany sides and back, a Brazilian rosewood headplate, fingerboard and bridge.   It is a simply appointed guitar with a 13 ½" body width and a 23" scale.

This guitar shows normal signs of use and wear including the standard litany of scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, scrapes and scratches overall, and a small amount of buckle marks on the back.  Additionally, there is a touched up ding on the treble side shoulder of the face and three repaired cracks on the bottom/ bass rib.   It has replaced bridge pins and end pin.  It appears to have an original ebony nut and original open-gear and unsigned tuners.   The guitar recently had a refret and is playable but has moderately high action beyond the 7th fret.

Our Price is $1,750.00.
